We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to provide support for existing applications, including incident management, problem management, and evolutionary maintenance. You will also contribute to current and upcoming projects.
Required skills and experience:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Application Architect certification
- At least 2 years experience directly working with business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements, and independently developing and implementing solutions
- Experience in requirements analysis
- At least 3 years experience as a functional analyst
- At least 3 years experience with custom and technical Salesforce implementations
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Fluent English
- Fluent French or Dutch
- Ability to grow into a hybrid functional and technical Salesforce role
- Experience with modeling tools
- At least 3 years experience with ITSM tools, preferably Jira
- Experience with API and systems analysis
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
